The statistic interface allows constant monitoring about the statistics of the chat and the website traffic. The results are presented in tables and graphs.

The information presented on this page is for statistics view only. To watch the actual chat conversations and messages visit the history interface page.

Select a site

Select the registered website you would like to search in

If you have only one site you can ignore this section.

If you have more than one site registered, remember that you have to choose the site which you would like to view.

Some search values allow selecting more than one site for sites comparisons while others can run on only one site at a time.

Statistics management menu

In this menu you can select time period for the search and determine what details should be displayed.

Every value will be presented in a different graphic structure.

Select date ranges


First select the dates.

By clicking on the text box, a calendar will open and provide easy selection of the preferred date, You can also insert the date manually. You can select identical dates in order to display details from a single day or select starting and ending date for a longer period. Please note that the bigger the size of the selected date range will be, respectively, the volume of activity on the information presented will be longer. Sitehood recommends selecting a maximum range of two weeks in order to get fast results.

Search value Description Image
Site Entrances By searching this value you can display the site entrances in a point-to-point graph (line graph) where you can see each day and the number of visits in it. SiteVisits.png
Unique visitors By searching this value you can display the number of unique visitors in a point-to-point graph (line graph) where you can see each day and the number of unique visitors in it. A unique visitor means one internet browser as opposed to site entrances - one visitor can create multiple entrances so this number will always be smaller than the first search value.
Unique visitors and total entrances This search combines the two previous values and provides a comparison graph between total entrances and the unique visitors that created them. UniqueVisits.png
Page views This search displays all webpages (with an active script) in a chart. Also you can see the number of unique visitors and the number of impressions (views) of every webpage. Note that the same visitor usually visits more than one site. This way you can find out what are the most popular pages of your site. PageViews.png
Conversations by agents This search displays a table showing the list of registered operators and the number of conversations performed by each one of them. The operators' conversations are divided by number of messages for conversation quality assessment. Conversation with no operator means a visitor contact that was not answered (usually occurs outside the working hours). AgentsDialogs.png
Peak hours This search displays a table showing the peak hour of each day of the date range. This is the time period when the number of site entrances was the highest for that day. In addition you can see the number of entrances at the same time. This way you can learn the peak hours of every day individually. PeakHours.png
Site entrances by hours This search displays a bar graph showing the number of entrances at every hour of the day. This way you can learn the peak hours of the site, statistically. VisitByHours.png
Where visitors arrive from This search displays a pie chart showing the breakdown of sites that refer to your site. You can see in the graph which of the sites directs the biggest number of visitors to your site. That way you can test the effectiveness of your advertising, SEO and so on. DirectingSites.png
